    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for office administration, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and managing the front office operations. The Front Office Manager will also handle communication with guests, coordinate reservations, and oversee the check-in and check-out process.

    Qualifications
    • Office Administration and Front Office management skills
    • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Experience in managing reservations and coordinating guest services
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
    • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
