You are invited to participate in the 2020 USI Benefits Benchmarking Study, a comprehensive questionnaire of benefits and work/life programs for employers sponsoring health benefit plans. Participating organizations will receive a complimentary Plan Performance Assessment report analyzing the organization’s benefits compared with employers of similar size, industry, and geography.*
How will this study benefit my organization?
Results from the 2020 study will help an organization:
§ Objectively measure the value of the employee benefits plan
§ Determine the competitiveness of the plans compared to industry peers
§ Understand how the plan can be structured to optimize the talent retention
§ Develop a multi-year benefits and communications strategy
Who can participate?
Employers of any size, industry, and location that offer benefits to their employees (and are not an insurance brokerage or benefits consulting firm) can participate in this study.
How long will it take to complete?
It will take 30 to 45 minutes to complete the study and it is recommended that you gather your benefits information prior to beginning the study.
