Greater Newport Chamber of Commerce 

 

The Greater Newport Chamber of Commerce recently announced its 2021 board of directors. 

The chamber’s executive board will be led by Joe Pratt, executive director and CEO of Boys & Girls Club of Newport County, as chair, with Adam Thayer, of Sayer, Regan & Thayer LLP, serving as vice chair; Steve Senteio, financial adviser at Edward Jones, serving as secretary; Andrew Tavares, partner at KLR, serving as treasurer; and Cristina Offenberg, of Silva, Thomas, Martland, Offenberg Ltd., continuing as legal counsel. Bonnie Gomes will be chair ex officio. Gail Alofsin, sales and marketing executive at Newport Harbor Corp., and Jacques Afonso, manager of community and customer management at National Grid, also joined the executive board.
