Hannah Morton

Hello! I'm Hannah. I'm a board certified transformative health and life coach. My coaching draws from years of experience working as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner. I bring my unique nursing experience into a holistic approach to coaching, taking the whole person (mind, body and spirit) into consideration.
Through coaching, I empower my clients to find clarity and freedom, to overcome limiting beliefs, and to create daily action to optimize their health and happiness. I also support those who are looking to prevent or minimize disability related to chronic health conditions through the formation of sustainable lifestyle modifications and mindset upgrades.
