Wine, Beer and Spirits Sales Associate

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associates to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maximizing sales opportunities. Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with product information and assistance
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

-Must be able to work nights and weekends.

- Must be 21+

Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English (multilingual skills are a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of retail math for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Experience in selling beer, wine and spirit related products is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
