Kiel James Patrick's flagship store in Newport, Rhode Island is hiring for part-time and full-time retail sales associates for Fall and Winter seasons. As a retail associate you'll be front and center representing our brand and engaging with our loyal customer base, so a positive and enthusiastic attitude is a must. Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and engaging with customers throughout their store experience
- Processing payments, returns, and exchanges via our inventory management system
- Maintaining the aesthetic and clean nature of our store throughout the day
- Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, including receiving new inventory and boxing up past seasonal items.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of the store products
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Comfortable using a Cash Register
- Strong level of professionalism and enthusiasm at work
- Patience when dealing with customers
- Previous experience in a similar key holding position
