    We are currently seeking Retail Sales Associates primarily responsible for contributing to the overall performance of the store, assisting store management with generating sales, recruiting and networking, maintaining store appearance, and adhering to the Black Dog Culture.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    • Consistently achieve individual goals that support store objectives
    • Drive revenue by providing a highly memorable and personalized customer experience through product knowledge and an exceptional store environment
    • Understand and create awareness of the factors to impact sales volume and KPI’s (AT, UPT, Customer Capture Rate)
    • Maintain a clean and welcoming shopping environment; communicate all merchandise-related concerns to manager
    • Effectively manage the sales floor in your zone to always ensure customer/associate awareness
    • Maintain knowledge of store merchandise and ensure store is well-stocked; effectively organize stockroom
    • Execute and deliver high quality responses to all customer inquiries, ensuring customer service is a priority
    • Ensure all customer concerns are addressed with manager and resolved
    • Operate POS system correctly and efficiently
    • Accurately ship online customer orders

    • Experience in a retail/merchandising/sales position
    • Scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of our dynamic work environment including days, evenings, and weekends
