Assistant Buyer and Manager

A fulltime management position, perfect for a candidate that is in or interested in Retail, Fashion, and Ecommerce, but is looking to see how all aspects of a growing omni channel retail environment that operates both on the retail floor as management coupled with buying, merchandising, forecasting, etc.

• Assist in buying accessories / footwear / other products.
• Assist in merchandising on floor displays and window displays.
• Working the sales floor / assisting customers with merchandise and educating them on the products.

• Assist with creating schedules.
• Have the opportunity to place orders and speak directly with the biggest brands in the footwear industry and understand how they operate.
• Curate new brands and styles for store to bring in and sell
• Manage and update sales and inventory for online/Amazon sales.
• You will have an opportunity to work directly with the owner along with 4 manager and have access to owner whenever you want to learn more about the business (2 of the managers have completed the internship program)
• Learn how to manage 3 stores and merchandise each of them.
• Along with management, have access of all social media accounts across all platforms.
• Learn how to run a retail store at an entrepreneurial level in order to see if owning a store is part of your career path.
• Potential to attend shows and/or sit in on buys with brands and sales reps
• Complete scouting and buying for new brands via Amazon and ecom by using and editing our own algorithms and systems
• Learn every aspect on how a 7 figure Amazon business is ran, from owners and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,207.36 - $147,188.16 per year
