- Utilize negotiation skills to facilitate real estate transactions between buyers and sellers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs and guiding them through the buying/selling process.
- Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws to ensure ethical and legal practices.
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel for property listings, sales data, and client information.
- Utilize multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders.Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for clients
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to cater to diverse clientele
- Previous experience in property management or real estate law is advantageousJob Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $84,109.00 - $94,156.00 per year
