    Systems Resource Management, Inc. (SRM) is currently seeking a Program Management Analyst to support a client at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT).


    Position Responsibilities:

    • Perform various tasking in preparation for program meetings and reviews, such as gathering, organizing, verifying and analyzing data from multiple Government personnel and databases.

    • Prepare, update and maintain briefs and presentations, using Microsoft® (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), for various program meetings and reviews.

    • Obtain timely information from Government engineers in response to program sponsor data calls, and track data call status until complete.

    • Attend, support, and manage logistics and planning for various meetings and reviews. This includes developing agendas, taking and publishing meeting minutes, documenting and tracking action items, managing attendance lists, verifying the identity and security clearance levels of attendees, assisting with processing visit requests for external attendees, scheduling meeting room space and equipment, etc.

    • Manage and maintain physical and digital archives of presentation briefs, materials and source documentation.

    • Other duties, as assigned, that relate to the position.



    • Bachelor's degree.

    • 3-5 years of relevant experience.

    • Experience with digital content management systems, such as Microsoft® SharePoint.

    • Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.

    • High level of proficiency in MS Office® (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

    • Accuracy and strong attention to detail; effective at organizing, prioritizing and multi-tasking.

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills, decorum and tact to interact and work with senior Navy civilian and military personnel, and external program sponsors.

    • Ability to gather, organize, analyze and present data from multiple internal and external program sources.
