East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a full time Nutritionist Lead to provide all appropriate nutrition guidance to parents/guardians of children who receive level 5 special formula orders. The Nutritionist is a key member of the Women, Children, and Infants (WIC) program, and in compliance with WIC certification procedures, performs critical nutritional risk assessments for those applying for program benefits, while providing nutritional counseling and follow-up for enrollees on individual caseload.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree, from an accredited four-year institution, with emphasis in food and nutrition, community nutrition, public health nutrition, nutrition education, human nutrition, nutrition science or equivalent.
