    Social Media Manager + Content Creator (Part-Time)

    About the role: We view social media as a strategic part of our recruitment efforts as we are constantly seeking new Local Workers to take on jobs. You will be responsible for creating shareable content that tells our brand story and supports our recruitment goals. As social media trends and tactics are always changing, creativity, learning, ideation and experimentation are essential to this role.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Generating ideas for content based on industry best practices and current trends
    • Creating content that amplifies our company mission and brand story
    • Creating and managing a weekly content calendar
    • Posting content accurately to customer-facing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook,


    • Weekly requirements: 4 feed posts (2 Reels), daily original + reshared stories
    • Building relationships with Community Managers, Locals, and other friends of the company in order to source content from different geographic regions
    • Tracking performance by recording Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in a weekly scorecard
    • Brainstorming new ideas based on conversations, research and creative thinking


    • Creator’s knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
    • Ability to create and manage a social content calendar
    • Must be proficient in G-Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
    • Experience with some kind of posting software is a plus (Later, Hootsuite, Hubspot, etc.)
    • Willing to initiate your own research on trends and best practices
    • Timely with communication (both internal and with our community)
    • Capable of keeping deadlines (this is essential)
    • Ability to work independently once given clear direction
    • Strong writing ability and attention to detail

    How you’ll be supported:

    • You will report to our Content Marketing Manager who will be available for support and guidance.


    • $18/Hour part-time staff position (15 hours per week)
