Head Housekeeper/Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team. As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong background in housekeeping management.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services
- Perform hands-on cleaning duties as needed, including floor care, custodial tasks, and industrial cleaning

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff and guests
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently as well as lead a team
