    Position Info

    The Reservations Group Coordinator position solve routine problems, maintain files for all definite arrivals, use educated judgment to decide occupancy level. Assist in the billing of no-show reservations, block reservations for suites and to accommodate special requests. Coordinate group room blocks with Sales department. Input and accurately file all reservations received. Post advance deposits to correct accounts. Run confirmations and mail as assigned. Assist Reservations Manager with all tentative and definite paperwork for groups. Assist the Front Office with pre-registration of V.I.P.'s and Preferred accounts. Assist in preparation of 10-day forecast and Group Commitment report. Strong attention to detail required.

    • -High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
    • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Member
    • Prior experience preferred
    • Read, write and speak English fluently
