Year Round Bartender

• Have a passion for making cocktails.
• Responsible for a cash bank or impressed bank issued at the beginning of service.
• Greet guests in a positive and friendly manner, making them feel welcome.
• Mixing and serving drinks, proportioning ingredients to exact recipes and cost criteria.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bar.
• Perform all opening and closing duties, based upon shift assignment.
• Clean all equipment, tools and supplies, maintaining equipment in good working order.
• Maintain a level of professionalism that will make guests want to return to Stoneacre Garden.
• Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.
• Work as a team, assisting all guests’ and employees’ needs and inquiries.
• Maintain the bar inventory and orders product to maintain established levels.
• Effectively communicates with management, hosts and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and/or other employees.
• Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $21.13 per hour

Experience:

• Bartending: 1 year (Required)
• Restaurant Experience: 2 years (Required)
