Server

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall dining experience.

Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take orders
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Upsell menu items and specials to increase revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Process payments and operate POS systems efficiently

Skills:
- Proficiency in culinary terminology and menu knowledge
- Strong upselling skills to promote additional items
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations
- Exceptional customer service and guest relations abilities
- Familiarity with kitchen operations to communicate effectively with chefs
- Experience in bussing tables and maintaining restaurant cleanliness
- Previous work in the food industry with an understanding of food preparation

Pay: $18.88 - $22.73 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
