    Job Description:     110 Grill is opening in Providence in November! 110 Grill currently has locations in MA, NY, CT, NH, and
    now RI. We serve modern American cuisine in a trendy casual atmosphere. We are dedicated to quality ingredients from
    local sources, teamwork among all employees, creating a memorable experience for our guests and creating a fun, yet
    professional atmosphere for our employees. We are looking for experienced part- and full-time cooks to prepare,
    season, and cook dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, and/or desserts at our dining establishment. May also order
    supplies, keep records and accounts, price items on menu, or plan menus. Day and evening shifts available.
    Training week:     Nov 16 - 20, 3:30 pm - 9:30 pm

    Typical Tasks:
    • Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe
    and sanitary food-handling practices
    • Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and
    • Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating
    • Turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking
    • Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience
    • Bake, roast, broil, and steam meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods
    • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment, using various kitchen utensils
    and equipment
    • Portion, arrange, and garnish food, and serve food to waiters or patrons
    • Observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting,
    smelling, or piercing them with utensils
    • Wash, peel, cut, and seed fruits and vegetables to prepare them for consumption
    • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
    • At least six months' experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant
    • Personal means of transportation due to open hours of restaurant
    • Parking available nearby for $12/day
    • Background check indicates no pending convictions
    Minimum Age:

    Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent
    Requires a Drivers License: Yes, Operator License
    Minimum Salary: 11.50 Hour Maximum Salary: 18.00 Hour
