Front of House Staff

Job description

The Reef, a newly renovated waterfront restaurant in Newport RI is looking for professional bartenders, servers, bussers, bar-backs, and food runners to join our team. We have three indoor dining areas with a fireplace, two large waterfront patios, and three full service bars. During the colder months, our patios have fire pits and heaters as well as several beautiful igloos on the water during the winter.

Our menu is a unique and thoughtfully curated spin on typical Newport dining. The bar menu has creative and delicious cocktails to sip, while sitting harborside, listening to live music and watching the boats go by. You will be the face of the restaurant and help ensure that our customers have the perfect dining experience.

We offer full or part time hours, and year round work with flexible scheduling. This position requires availability on nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Salary: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour

Qualifications:

• Previous food service experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.

Pay: $14.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
