Barista and Cashier

Looking for someone with experience in the food service/ retail industry who has the ability to stay calm under pressure during busy periods. This is a FAST-PACED job! We provide extensive training. Must be friendly and honest with a strong work ethic! Business hours are Mon-Sat 6am-4pm and Sundays 8am-2pm

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide excellent guest service
Serve customers efficiently, courteously and in a timely manner
Execute opening and/or closing procedures
Typical shifts are 5:45am-11am 9am-4pm 11am-4pm

Minimum wage plus tips averages $18-$26/ hour. Employee-owned cafe with opportunity to buy in after 1 year! Opportunities to advance and increased pay.
