Lucy's Kitchen is excited to expand its team of baristas for its inviting cafe space in downtown Newport. Our baristas play a crucial role by brewing amazing coffee, taking customer orders at the counter, assembling food orders, and providing positive and memorable customer service.
Previous customer service and/or restaurant experience is preferred but not required. We're looking for candidates that gain joy from customer interaction, have a passion for delicious food and drink, have a strong work ethic, and carry a positive attitude toward colleagues and customers.
Our baristas are a part-time hourly position. We will do our best to work around your scheduling availability and maximize desired hours whenever possible. The starting wage is $15/hour plus tips.
While food service can be an exciting industry, we realize that it can also be tough and grueling at times. We are committed to doing everything we can to cultivate a healthy work environment where our employees feel safe and supported.
