Foodlove Market is looking for a Cake Decorator to join the team.

About the Position: Join our growing bakery team at Foodlove Market as we expand our Wedding and Specialty Cake business. This role will be focused on baking and finishing work for Wedding cakes and production of mini patisseries. Great work environment in our newly expanded bake shop.
About You: You are passionate about food. You have a strong sense of urgency, great organizational skills, and a positive attitude. You have prior baking experience or are willing to learn a new skill!
Essential Duties
- Measure, weigh and prepare ingredients
- Knead, roll, cut, and prepare dough as needed
- Decorate, glaze, apply icing, and prepare toppings for baked goods
Qualifications
- Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
- Minium of 2 year's experience of cake decorating is required
Skills & Abilities:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds
- Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
