The RI Hospitality Association seeks a dedicated and passionate Advocacy intern to provide assistance, under direct supervision, on key projects necessary to the furtherance of our goals and will become familiar with the role that RIHA plays in legislative and policy work.
The Advocacy/Legal intern will assist the Vice President of Advocacy/General Counsel on policy issues management and analysis, external and internal communication and grassroots organizing.
This internship will offer the opportunity to gain valuable skills, network, and learn about government affairs, regulation, and legislation in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, writing, investigative, interpersonal, and communicative skills, have the ability to multi-task, and work as a team player.
