SEACORP is seeking a well-qualifiedSecurity Clerk.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: The Security Clerk will provide support to the Corporate Facility Security Officer (CFSO) by performing security administrative day-to-day functions. The Security Receptionist works effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a high level of attention to detail, effective organizational skills, ability to prioritize competing demands, and excellent customer service skills. Tasking will require average-level use of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Adobe PDF. Ability to learn new functions and programs/systems such as SharePoint, SIMS Security Software, and related systems.
Assist Security department with filing, copying, preparing indoctrination and termination packages and correspondence.
Greet and sign in incoming visitors and supply vendors.
Escort visitors and supply vendors, as needed.
End of the day building checks.
Review and maintains logs and reports.
Entering Incoming and Outgoing Visit Authorization Requests into Security databases, and other location-specific forms and systems.
Participates in department staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as required.
Awareness of and compliance with company policies and procedures as defined in the SEACORP handbook, Code of Conduct and Quality Management System (QMS).
Awareness of and compliance with NISP security policies to include 32 CFR
117 (National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)), Industrial Security Letters (ISLs) and working knowledge of Government security regulations and policies.
Perform other duties or tasks as assigned
Education: High school diploma/GED required.
Experience: A minimum 3 years of administrative or security related duties.
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship
Work Environment & Physical Demands:Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
