    Full Job Description

    Customer Service

    • First to answer the main phone line
    • Direct calls to appropriate departments
    • Take phone orders
    • Always kind and courteous to our customers
    • Ready to handle customer service dilemmas transferred from the store, embroidery, or similar
    • Respond to customer e-mails directed toorders@ e-mail address

    Internet Download

    • Twice a day, download orders from the www.team1newport.comwebsite
    • Delegate club store orders to club store fulfillment
    • Manage customer expectations for back-orders
    • Ask purchasing managers to order the product
    • Contact the customer (by phone and/or e-mail) to notify them of back-orders

    Order Processing

    • Process Pick Lists singly or in batch to progress phone and internet orders
    • Delegate Pick lists to warehouse to pick
    • Upon receipt of a complete pick list, contact store to pick any product not found in the warehouse, and process orders accordingly
    • Process Packing Slips singly or in batch to progress orders
    • Process Invoices singly or in batch to progress returns
    • Input Donation orders
    • Match shipping labels to invoices and file alphabetically
    • On a weekly basis, process List Status of Pending orders report, and ensure that all orders are progressing through the system
    • Check that back-orders are slated to come back in stock in a timely manner
    • Check that older orders (older than one month) are still current/progressing

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

    Education:

    • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
