    The Challenge

In order to grow and transition effectively, organizations need help looking at their operation from the outside. Whether standing up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization, our clients need a consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and provide them with tangible advice on improvement, mission success, and standard methodologies. Our clients are looking for self-motivated agile professional who will work well with a dynamic team of technical, engineering, and acquisition professionals, is able to coordinate attention and resources to critical program areas and functions and has the skill and experience to help develop and work within a high-performing distributed Navy team. That’s why we need you, an experienced organization and knowledge management consultant who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and use your specialized experience to assess their needs, coordinate and facilitate their distributed efforts and give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision.

As an Organization and Knowledge Management Consultant on our team, you’ll build an overall picture of your client’s current organizational structure, day-to-day operations, processes and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. Through discussions and meetings with leadership, engineers, analysts, technicians and other support staff, you will identify, coordinate and facilitate the elements that work best in their environment and begin to anticipate future programmatic and technical needs. Once you have a solid understanding of critical gaps in skills and tools required for high-performing teams, you will present the path forward – and the expected results - to your client and other key decision makers. This is your chance to grow experience in a critical National Defense program while deepening your consulting skills. Join us as we help country’s Navy and Undersea Warfare forces evolve.
