    Job Summary

    The Jr. Security Analyst (Access & Rights Management) will be responsible for the continued development, enhancement and execution of the Identity and Access Management program. Responsibilities include the timely provisioning and deprovisioning of access to line of business applications, as well as various third-party applications. Moreover, i n this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

    Responsibilities & Activities

    The role will be responsible for functions including:

    • Perform MACD (Moves, Add, Change Delete) of user accounts across multiple systems and departments.
    • Develop formalized access management procedures that adhere to company policy.
    • Perform general systems administration to meet the needs of the business.
    • Engage with business management to define, document, and approve role-based access for various systems and applications.
    • Perform or facilitate periodic access reviews across multiple systems and departments.
    • Define and continue to enhance a provisioning/deprovisioning work streams that adheres to our SOC 2 audit control requirements.
    • Research and implement access management technologies that support provisioning/deprovisioning automation.
    • Ensure systems meet or exceed access requirements, i.e. Two-factor authentication, password management, etc.
    • Research and advise on access management best practices.
    • Perform common security investigations and support tasks.
    • Back up the Security Analyst and Chief Information Security Officer with common day-to-day tasks.
    • Knowledge share Access Management work streams with the rest of the Security Team.
    • Plan and implement supportive business solutions.
    • Interface with vendors and support productive business partnerships.
    • Other duties as assigned by management
    • Attend and participate in all Monthly Awards Ceremonies & Corporate Gatherings. Read all newsletters and bulletins to remain current on corporate policies, procedures, and developments.
    Required Credentials
    • Education: College Degree in Business, Computer Science, or IT related field preferred.
    • Experience: Prior systems administration experience, Mortgage industry experience preferred.
    • Skills: Ability to facilitate a team to consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions. Ability to ask strong questions to help the team see areas that may lead to problems. Able to analyze system records and translate data. Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of management. Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently. Self-motivated and self-directed
    • Systems: Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel).

    Driver Eligibility Guidelines

    This position requires reliable transportation and the operation of a motor vehicle from time to time in order to perform your required job duties. Drivers must have a valid driver's license of the State they reside in. Additionally, drivers should have at least 2 years of driving experience and be at least 18 years old.
