The Business Integration Specialist serves as the backbone for integrating new loan officers into the culture, systems and products of Embrace Home Loans. The manager develops relationships with a variety of internal teams (Sales, Recruiting, FIG, Credit Ops, TD, MKT, HR and Facilities) so that new loan officers experience a seamless transition and are setup for success. The manager develops relationships with our new loan officers, oversees the integration of each new loan officer’s business and directs the onboarding process, so that each loan officer experiences a seamless transition and is setup for success.
Knowledge, Experience And Skills Required
Technical Knowledge, Years of Related Experience, Skills, Licenses, and Systems Experience
Participate in additional training on sales, technology, products, procedures and pricing on an ongoing basis. Complete annual training as required by company policy and law on an annual basis in a timely manner.
Integrate new loan officers into the culture, systems and products of Embrace Home Loans.
Develop relationships with our new loan officers and oversee the integration of each new loan officers business so that each loan officer experiences a seamless transition and is setup for success.
Understand pipeline and collect intelligence on new loan officers to determine support and training needs, as well as share with internal service providers.
Coordinate and deliver on campus experience for new retail loan officers and branch managers that allows them to orient themselves to our technologies and processes.
Manage the onboarding process for assigned new loan officers and new branch managers and develop training plan.
Liaise with Human Resources, Information Services, Talent Development, Marketing, and Facilities to ensure all new loan officers and branch managers are able to work effectively in the first week of employment.
Concierge for assigned new loan officers for the first 120 days of employment.
Track the progress and quality of cross-functional work by conducting review sessions with loan officers and branch managers.
Partner with Sales Recruiting to onboard and train any identified sales support team members such as BDA.
Deliver on-location support program for employees onboarding or looking to improve efficiency.
Train, communicate and meet with branch managers on overall program to ensure understanding of support their loan officers are receiving.
Attend and participate in all Monthly Awards Ceremonies, Corporate Gatherings & Training Events.
Read all newsletters and bulletins to remain current on corporate policies, procedures, and developments.

- Education: College Degree.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in training and development.
- Possess mid-level knowledge to answer a variety of product and technical questions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excel in executing, establishing priorities, and meeting swift deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Phenomenal ability to deliver training and explain concepts in different ways
- Naturally be curious, self-aware, empathetic, resilient and have a sense of humor
