With the pivot to a remote workplace due to Covid-19, and many companies remaining remote or returning to a hybrid work environment, it is critical for managers to increase their ability to lead remote teams as effectively as possible. Heidi will share challenges she has heard from her clients, and tips to improve relationships and results leading in a virtual environment.
