Join us for Ask  the Expert with Steve Kirby and Molly Kirby of Kirby Properties and learn about the latest developments in commercial real estate in our region.

Steve is the Principle Broker and co-founder of Kirby Properties, LLC. He has been successfully selling and leasing properties for over 33 years. Steve has also held several leadership roles in various Realtor organizations and numerous civic groups. Steve graduated from Portsmouth Abbey and then from Providence College in 1982. Since this time he has taken many additional real estate courses at Boston University, Harvard, CCIM, and various Realtor related courses. Steve was President for six terms of the State's Commercial Board of Realtor and the Realtor of the Year three times.  Steve has served on the Board, and the Executive Board of the Greater Newport  Chamber of Commerce.

Molly Kirby, daughter of Steve Kirby was born and raised in Jamestown, RI. After earning her BS from the University of Rhode Island, she worked in sales at MOO, an online print and design company headquartered in London, England. She then transitioned to real estate throughout Newport County and has been active for the past five years. Molly is Kirby Properties’s expert when it comes to commercial leasing. She is well versed at listening to both landlord and tenant’s needs to create perfect matches.
