The House Finance Committee is hearing testimony on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. on the Governor's budget includes a proposal which would tax PPP loans in excess of $150,000. This is a direct tax on small businesses.
Take three easy steps to stop the surprise tax on PPP:
Step One
Sign the petition asking the Committee to reject the Governor's proposal and support H.6170, which would prohibit the taxation of any PPP funding. SIGN THE PETITION HERE
