    Governor’s supplemental budget to spend 10% of federal ARPA funds

    The General Assembly kicked off their 2022 legislative session on Tuesday, January 4th with the passage of the Governor’s supplemental budget to spend 10% of federal ARPA funds and the override of two of the Governor’s vetoes. Additionally, 38 bills have introduced that impact the business community, which we will be tracking over the course of session. There are no hearings scheduled at this time.
