    Update from Conanicut Marine Services

As we approach the sunset of a very strange season we must also appreciate how lucky we are. The sea still beckons and we are surrounded with great friendships. Something about being on the water always brightens our day...even dark moments become bright again.

There are still many beautiful boating days remaining, however too, it is time to make arrangements for fall decommissioning, winter layup and refine those wish lists you would like our CMS team to complete before early spring. Indoor storage arrangements (heated/non-heated) must be confirmed NOW to hold a space. Outdoor storage space is still flexible although our haul date calendar is READY NOW to accept your haul “any time after date."

Our Ship's Store is well stocked with everything you need, including parts for most major engine systems.

Over the winter, our technicians participate in continuing education to stay sharp. Together with our vast list of affiliated contractors, specialized equipment and shop facilities, we are ready and able to service your cherished vessel.

Over in the ferry world, we are expecting to continue the Scenic Cross-Bay Cruises and the Hop-On Hop-Off service will operate on the fall schedule beginning Sept 8th. We will post any changes on the web site.

The COASTAL QUEEN sunset cruises departing Jamestown every Tuesday evening have been real crowd-pleasers. We will continue to offer them as long as there is interest. Along with that, we are considering several departures for seal tours on weekends into mid-December. Her upper-deck side curtains and warm lower-deck glass-enclosed salon make her ideal for viewing all that goes on in the bay. Stay tuned!
