ALL families that have selected full Distance Learning will follow a phase-in schedule for Distance Learning (DL) beginning on September 14, 2020.

Pell DL Families:
Pell Distance Learning students will follow the same phase-in schedule as their grade-level peers. Distance Learning PK and K students will participate in a soft start during the week of September 14th. Letters will be mailed and emailed home next week (9/8) with dates and times. All Distance Learning students and families will be given the opportunity to meet in person their assigned teacher and pick up any needed supplies, workbooks, and/or Chromebooks to complete the first week of school. Notices will be sent home on the 8th via parent letter, and email with distribution times for September 10th and 11th. Distance Learning students will follow the same curriculum and assessment schedule as their in-person peers.

TMS DL Families:
Prior to September 14th, all TMS families and students will have been sent an email with information on how to access their schedule. Additionally, teachers will have invited all their students into their Google Classroom and provided information on how to join their class virtually.

On September 14th, teachers will hold their classes virtually for all students.

RHS DL Families:
Prior to the 14th, teachers will invite all of their students into their Google Classroom and provide information on how to join their class virtually. Additionally, information will be distributed to families and students, via email and other media platforms the week of September 7th. This will include information regarding schedules, classrooms, building access and technology access. On September 14th, Rogers High School Students (Full Distance Learning Students, Group A, and Group B Students) will be contacted by their teachers and CREW Advisor in order to facilitate access to their classroom and other communication platforms for each course.

ALL families that have selected full In-Person Learning (IPL) will follow a phase-in schedule for In-Person Learning beginning on September 14, 2020. Please read each week carefully as the grade levels that return to IPL change and increase as the month unfolds. If you have questions regarding the phase-in schedules please contact your building administrator.
