Greater Newport Chamber of Commerce to host Economic Update Luncheon with Newport Hospital President, Crista F. Durand as Keynote
 
 
Newport, RI- The Greater Newport Chamber of Commerce will host its first in-person Economic Update Luncheon of 2021 on Wednesday, June 17^th at the Wyndham Atlantic Resort. The Economic Update Luncheon series, sponsored by People’s Credit Union, offers four quarterly events each year, covering timely topics pertinent to the local economy. 
 
At this event, co-sponsored by Newport Hospital, Crista F. Durand, MBA, FACHE, president of Newport Hospital will present “The Pandemic and Beyond: An Update from Newport Hospital.” Guests will hear about challenges the hospital has overcome throughout the last year, and what positive impacts are ahead post-pandemic.
